Summary

Link must defeat evil at every turn in his perilous quest to help Princess Zelda!

Once upon a time, wizards tried to conquer the Sacred Realm of Hyrule。 The Spirits of Light sealed the wizards’ power within the Shadow Crystal and banished them to the Twilight Realm beyond the Mirror of Twilight。 Now, an evil menace is trying to find Midna, Princess of the Twilight Realm, and the fragments of the Shadow Crystal to gain the power to rule over both the Twilight Realm and the World of Light。

Link awakens in the Twilight Realm, in the form of a wolf! Here he meets Midna, and she escorts Link to Hyrule Castle where none other than Princess Zelda bestows a question upon him—if the world is to be saved from the encroaching darkness, Link must recover the shards of the Shadow Crystal。 The task will be long and difficult, and Link will need to use new powers he doesn't know he has!

Excellent second installment! Filled with a lot of action from start to finish。 This series is very fast-paced, while also giving us a very rich storyline。 Same comments from the first volume, gorgeous artwork and compelling story, as well as the introduction of Midna and Zelda into plot。 Midna especially is a fun character that I’ve always really loved。

Traços incríveis, adaptação do jogo para o mangá é ótimaLink na minha opinião tem muito mais personalidade, alguns eventos do jogo foram cortados o que não é ruim, até ajudou na atmosfera recomendo muito para quem é fã da saga

Book Two continues Link's adventures。 I'm not sure how closely it's adhering to the original Twilight Princess storyline, but Zelda is amazing and beautiful。 I adore Midna and wolf!Link is the best。 4/5 Book Two continues Link's adventures。 I'm not sure how closely it's adhering to the original Twilight Princess storyline, but Zelda is amazing and beautiful。 I adore Midna and wolf!Link is the best。 4/5 。。。more

A great continuation of the story from 'The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess'。 The story and detailed illustrations have given me a greater appreciation of the story, and Akira Himekawa has got the pacing of the story perfect especially through the action。 A great continuation of the story from 'The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess'。 The story and detailed illustrations have given me a greater appreciation of the story, and Akira Himekawa has got the pacing of the story perfect especially through the action。 。。。more

3。5 stars。 Midna isn't very nice to Link。 I didn't find this one as interesting as the first one。 3。5 stars。 Midna isn't very nice to Link。 I didn't find this one as interesting as the first one。 。。。more

I was sold on more content in the already complex Zelda Franchise。

Ariana

A little bit weaker than the first book, but at least we got to see Midna。

This book was so good! Once again, incredible illustrations and very action packed- I finished it so fast! I’m loving this series。

Not my favorite installment since a large part of it involves incredibly ugly monkeys。。。and it also doesn’t help that I’m。。。*looks around anxiously and whispers*。。。not a huge fan of Midna。 She is introduced to us as pretty selfish and cruel, making her relationship with Link start off abusive and one-sided。 I knooow she has a redemption arc, so we shall see how that goes, but I’mnot an instant fan。However! Zelda appears in this book! This Zelda is such an elegant, compassionate, and impressive young ruler。 I remember seeing her on advertisements as a little girl and thinking she was the most beautiful princess I had ever seen, which was very special for me since there weren’t too many brown-haired princesses。Also, Link continues to struggle with anger and self-loathing issues, which is an interesting contrast for our noble hero。 。。。more

Midna is perfection and Link is adorable!

3。5 ⭐️ Link and Midna were BOTH out of character in my opinion。 I didn’t enjoy it as much as the first book。。。 I may or may not read the next one。 I think the ending was done well, though。

I love the style of his armor

Alia McClard

It not too interesting to me, but I love the art, and how the story goes。 I wished that Link could like run away from the demon monkey, besides defending himself and make a plan。

Shannan

This is fun! :)

Despite having played the game a couple of times, I was sucked right into this book and kept waiting with baited breath for what would happen next。 It was a little funny, actually, when we first saw Hyrule Castle in the Twilight Realm。 I could hear the soundtrack from the game! Yeah, looking forward to reading on with this series!

Link learns more about himself and his friends。 He must save his friends and the world he lives in。

Oooh what another fantastic volume!!! I struggled with the first part being a little slow, mostly because Link had no idea what was going on being a wolf- and neither did I- but by the end I was flipping those pages again。 I really do just love how much personality we get from Link in this series!

I'm reading these aloud with my 14-yr-old who has been obsessed with Link for years! He binged these all 1-6 in two days, and then he insisted I read them, too。 The art is amazing! Especially the full-page spreads。 But even the smallest expressions are perfect, too! I love that it gets a little deeper into the characters -- especially Link -- than the video game did。 I'm reading these aloud with my 14-yr-old who has been obsessed with Link for years! This is an adaptation of one of my favorite video games of all time, and so far it’s very fun and builds off of the established lore in interesting new ways。 Will read more!

As usual, beautifully drawn and well done storytelling。 Doesn’t drag on nor does it seem too quick。 I like reading these Zelda manga books as a quick read during the day。 Only thing I didn’t care for is Midna, I find the character extremely obnoxious, but otherwise it’s still great!

I love getting to see this world, this story in a way that allows me into Link's head。 While a lot could be inferred from playing Twilight Princess and watching the cutscenes, being able to see his dialogue and thoughts really adds another layer of depth。 The same can be said of Midna's character; her motivations seemed pretty clear throughout the game, along with her change of heart--but it's so good to see it here, to get a sharper glimpse of the dynamic between her and Link。 And of course, th I love getting to see this world, this story in a way that allows me into Link's head。 While a lot could be inferred from playing Twilight Princess and watching the cutscenes, being able to see his dialogue and thoughts really adds another layer of depth。 The same can be said of Midna's character; her motivations seemed pretty clear throughout the game, along with her change of heart--but it's so good to see it here, to get a sharper glimpse of the dynamic between her and Link。 And of course, the same can be said of Zelda, though her part is often smaller in most of the LoZ storylines--I really get to appreciate her bravery and sacrifice, knowing she made the best of a bad situation。I'll definitely be reading the rest of the manga in this series。 。。。more
